Meet the Athletes
Peter, who is a founder member of the band King Crimson, started running competitively in 1988 at the age of 44. He came second in the 1500m 2015 World Masters' Champs in Lyon in 2015, and third in the half marathon but he always wanted to be a world masters champion. He put this right in August 2024 in Gothenburg, Sweden where he won five gold and one silver medal.
