A South African living in Taiwan. Started doing shot put and discus again (July 2024) in preparation for the Taipei World Masters Games 2025. Was a thrower in high school. It was one of the first sports that I loved. Using this opportunity to set goals and work towards achieving. What has been learned so far? Stay focused and trust the process.
