Julia Curran-Villarreal is a three-time W55 high jump national champion. Her performances have ranked her in the top five in the world for three years in a row. Curran-Villarreal came to masters track and field at the age of 53, thirty-five years after her last high school track meet. Self-taught in high jump and USATF Level 1 certified, Curran-Villarreal enjoys the game of track and field, and mentoring other masters athletes who have discovered the spirit of competition.
