I have been competing in track and field since I was 10, and hurdling since I was 11. I competed in High School and at the D3 level in college. At 27 I got back into regular Track and Field competitions as an open athlete, competing unattached in a few collegiate meets and several all comer and masters meets. Recently I have taken up coaching the High School team at the school I teach at. I have completed the USATF coaching level 1 and level 2 course and am a USATF registered coach.
