David Montieth, USA - M79

I returned to high jumping at age 60 after a 38 year hiatus from college. I had no place to practice so I`ve set up a "pit" in my basement. Continuing to compete forces me to fight the dreaded downward age curve by working out, eating right and staying "in training for life". I enjoy giving a speech entitled "Jumping for Life" to encourage other seniors to maintain a healthy life style.
